Co-Founder & COO, Ancora.ai

Emily is also an angel investor and founder at Halo Angel Group, and a startup mentor. She holds a neuroscience PhD from the University of Cambridge and has spent her career working at the intersection of science and tech in 3 countries.

Karla Schönicke

Founder of Women CTO Dinner, Venture Scout at Ananda Impact VC

After more than 10 years working in the Berlin startup scene, Karla Schönicke took her product experience to the investor side and now works as a Venture Scout for Ananda Impact Ventures. She’s also the co-initiator of the first female business angel academy in DACH #FINacademy and founder of the Women CTO Dinner community with now over 300 members.

Dr. Shama Rahman

Founder & CEO, STArtLab Berlin

Dr Shama Rahman is an entrepreneur, scientist, designer, artist and creative technologist. With a PhD in the neuroscience and complex systems of creativity and innovation, she brings together art and science of creativity in the form of performances, workshops and most recently AI-augmented collaborative tools. She is currently the CEO of a neurotech startup NeuroCreate and STArtLab Berlin.

Dr. Naja von Schmude

Co-Founder & CTO, Peregrine.ai

Dr. Naja von Schmude is co-founder and CTO of Peregrine.ai where she shapes the development of Peregrine’s computer vision based products to empower commercial fleets and mobility services to operate safely and efficiently. Naja was recognized as part of Capital magazine’s Top 40 under 40 in 2022.
