“From employee to manager”
Three executives share their individual experiences along their career paths. Was the promotion to supervisor comprehensible to colleagues, consistent and what were the reactions? Was there support, recognition, joy or rather problems, envy, stumbling blocks? How does a woman deal with this new situation? Is there a “manual” or is it better for everyone to find their own personal way? That’s what we want to find out in the discussion with you.
