The future is digital and becoming more and more digital: We are in the midst of the digital transformation of our society and economy – and not just since ChatGPT.
In Germany, the proportion of women in digital professions is only 17 percent, one of the lowest in Europe. Things don’t look much better for engineering. However, in order for our economy and our country to remain and become more innovative, we need not only more skilled workers, but also more diversity and cooperation between business, science and society. On the first day , inspiring keynotes and panel discussions on the topic “How to WORK in Tech” await you. This day is aimed at students and young professionals as well as professionals. In the presentations, experts from science, business, civil society and politics will discuss the influence of the digital transformation on various industries, present digital occupational fields and highlight the diversity of professions in IT.
On the second day , there will be plenty of time and space for networking. This is where a large network of women from the tech industry come together to interact on the topic of “How to LEAD in Tech.” This day is primarily aimed at professionals, managers and entrepreneurs who have already gained their first professional and management experience. The goal is to learn with and from each other and exchange ideas about the digital world of work, modern leadership in tech companies, network building, self-marketing, new work, remote work and engineering work.

Conditions of participation:
The participation fee includes participation in the lecture program and the consumption of food and beverages. The ticket “Women In Tech Conference – Day 1” entitles you to attend the first day of the event only. The ticket “Women In Tech Conference – Day 2” entitles you to attend the networking party on day 1 and to participate in the second day of the event. Registration is only possible via the Eventbrite registration system. There is no box office. Tickets are transferable but not cancelable.
