On November 8, the PEOPLE & CULTURE FESTIVAL goes into the second round!
Under the motto “Filling the Gap”, the former Berlin cinema “Colosseum” (Schönhauser Allee 123, 10437 Berlin) will be transformed all day into a vibrant festival site with current topics and trends from the world of work, education and training. Meet innovative companies from the region who present themselves, their new job profiles and open vacancies. Look forward to inspiring workshops, keynotes, and panel talks on multiple stages that will examine the latest strategies for solving acute workforce needs, such as digitization, immigration, female employment, and retirement age.
In targeted recruiting formats at eye level, such as career pitches and a dedicated job exchange, participants and companies can enter into a direct and informal exchange. Training and further education institutions also present their study and training programs and job profiles.
Verena Pausder, entrepreneur and digital education expert, as well as Nina Straßner, Global Head of People Initiatives at SAP, and many other renowned speakers will be at the festival to share their valuable perspectives.
