SYMPOSIUM “FEW EMPLOYEES, MUCH DIVERSITY – HOW DO I INSPIRE PEOPLE FOR MY COMPANY?
“LOW WORKFORCE, HIGH DIVERSITY – HOW DO I ATTRACT PEOPLE TO MY COMPANY?”
Hannover Region’s Economic and Employment Development Department is planning a major symposium on the topic of diversity. The symposium offers four interactive workshops with impulses, by guests from practice, science and politics, international buffet and a “market of opportunities”.
The goals of the interactive workshops are:
- Discuss barriers and underrepresentation of female talent in STEM careers and solutions to unlock workforce potential in the face of accelerating changes in work
- Approaches for the further development of the conception of best practice projects and programs in the context of managing diversity in the Hannover Region
- Mutual acquaintance and exchange with other experts about projects in companies, colleges and universities
The target group of the symposium are small and medium-sized enterprises from the Hannover Region. It will take place on 02 June 2023 from 9:00h – 13:00h in Hannover. Participation is free of charge, registration for the workshops is requested.
