About this event
In order to successfully advance professionally, it is crucial, in addition to professional expertise, to communicate one’s own performance and skills in the best possible way and to assert oneself competently both internally and externally. A confident demeanor, coupled with diplomacy and winning communication are crucial.
That’s why this workshop is all about “getting into the spotlight”. True to the motto “Modesty is a virtue, but you can get further without it”, we talk about 5 success factors for (female) careers.
The speaker
Prof. Dr. Anja Seng
from the FOM University of Applied Sciences is the Rector’s Representative for Diversity Management and Deputy Scientific Director of the FOM University of Applied Sciences. Director in the Institute of Public Management.
Also present will be young founder Assia Fillal. She has just recently opened “
Tati’s Café
” and knows exactly what is important when starting up her own business and how to realize the start-up project.
