With the Diversity Festival Adlershof, we bring the topic of diversity in society and especially in the university and corporate context into the awareness of the stakeholders at the Adlershof location. There will be keynotes, panels and workshops with interesting personalities and players.

Discussions with experts will shed light on the challenges and provide practical solutions. Role models and coaches convey how diversity is becoming increasingly essential as a driver of innovation and in attracting talent. The festival is the cornerstone for the Diversity Network Adlershof.

Art and culture will also enrich the program.
