Female Founders Circle
A safe space for your personal journey on the path of starting a business or becoming self-employed.
About this event
You are looking for a space to talk authentically and relentlessly honest about all facets of founding & the way to your self-employment? Then the Female Founders Circle is the right place for you. Here is the opportunity to share what’s on your mind right now, what challenges, successes or insights are currently there, and most importantly, what the journey as a founder & entrepreneur is doing to you as a woman. You come as you are, with what is there right now.
This is not about showcasing your company or your work. No networking bullsh*t bingo 😉 Here you can take off all masks and just be you.
We work with the format “Council” (talking circle), a mixture of impulse questions, storytelling and active listening. Often just saying certain things to yourself can lead to more clarity. Through the stories of others, we may realize that we are not alone and there are always different cycles and phases on the path of startup & self-employment.
Agreement in advance: what is told in this room stays in this room. No unsolicited advice or tips will be distributed unless the person explicitly requests feedback.
Who for: The format is aimed at company founders and self-employed people who have already founded a company or are currently on the path to founding a company with a concrete business idea. Max. 10 participants
When: Saturday, July 16 from 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Where: Women’s Tribe Munich, Reichenbachstr. 29, 80469 Munich, in the rear building 1st floor
Organizer: Carolin Stiehle, founder of Women’s Tribe Munich. I am a social entrepreneur, a changemaker, a companion and I like to build bridges between different worlds and people. I believe that we can shape change together to create a world that is oriented toward the common good and sustainable for the future. My concern is to accompany women in change processes, to unfold their potential and to empower them on their way to lead a self-determined life. I know working in the corporate world from small agencies, to large corporations as a project manager in corporate responsibility and sustainability. At the end of 2019, I founded Women’s Tribe Munich as a non-profit GmbH and opened our small workshop space in Munich one month before the 1st Lockdown in 2020. So I know about foundation, crisis and transformation processes and what it takes to get back into clarity and power.
