At 18. to November 19 and 21 our DIVERSITY conference will take place under the motto “Together for DIVERSITY: Together. Growing.”. With our flagship conference for diversity in the world of work, this year we are emphasizing the importance of an open society for economic innovation and sustainable growth.

The conference will focus on the following question: How can we best utilize the existing potential for diversity? How can a broad acceptance of diversity be created in society? And what methods do we use to respond to specific challenges in diversity management?
