Because we at BPW continuously support and promote women in their professional and social goals. Because women think differently, question holistically, set different priorities and creative goals! And women’s attitudes are often more pronounced in entrepreneurial activity and family-conscious work culture. Women drive innovation, enrich and complement transformation.

Change with us!

It is about the even stronger participation and integration of women! To this end, we want to discuss how women can help shape current economic, political and social change in a sustainable way; examples include digitalization, climate change and demographic change.

Change for us!

A social pressure for change is also evident in corporate culture: instead of one-sided profitability, business models are increasingly running toward sustainability, diversity, inclusion and holistic management.

The BPW National Conference will take place from 14 to 16 October 2022 at the Novotel am Gasteig, Munich.
