But real empowerment doesn’t mean functioning even better.
It means finally stopping.
It’s not about:
“How do I manage to reconcile everything?”
But rather: “Do I even want to wear this hat?”
Empowerment means:
- Say NO clearly – even to things you “actually could” do
- Taking your own needs seriously – not just “feeling” them
- Taking responsibility – not just for the business, but for your emotional system
It is an inner yes to our own standards. And a no to everything that constantly dilutes it.
From functioning to leading – and why that takes courage
You probably make many of your decisions with your head. Because you want to be professional.
Because you know how to do it.
But leadership doesn’t start in the head.
It starts in the nervous system.

My realization – and why I work differently today
I tried to be “strategic” myself for a long time.
I prepared launches, optimized my website, developed products.
And I kept coming back to the point where I thought:
“I do everything right – but none of it feels right.”
My turning point didn’t come from a tool, but from an inner decision:
I stop doing business that doesn’t suit me. Item.

And then have the courage to become visible with it.
