#UNPINKED 2024 – The LGBTIQ+ Diversity Conference

THE #UNPINKED

After the successful launch of #UNPINKED as an in-person event last year, we are pleased to announce that the conference can take place live once again – in Berlin!
Together with company representatives, diversity experts and community members, we want to develop solutions at #UNPINKED to tackle the challenges of diversity, equity and inclusion.

The #UNPINKED is a bilingual event. Lectures, panels and workshops will be offered in both German and English.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE CONFERENCE

• Interactive roundtables: current challenges and developments in the field of diversity management are discussed in moderated small groups. Participants can share knowledge and discuss approaches together to successfully advance DEI topics.
• Inspiring talks: The #UNPINKED brings various speakers and diversity experts to the stage. Valuable insights can be brought back to your own company.

• Individual networking: Here you can cultivate lasting relationships and expand your own network.
