QUEER DEEP DIVE: Networks and their impact in companies

Queer employee networks play a central role in companies – as a safe space, advocacy group and point of contact for internal and external concerns. While some of these networks can look back on a long tradition, others are still in the start-up phase. One thing is clear: employee resource groups have become an integral part of the modern working world. This DEEP DIVE will shed light on queer employee networks from different perspectives. A diverse panel will open the event with a discussion on the challenges and potential of networking. Subsequent workshops will explore the functioning, roles and principles of these networks from the perspective of members, companies and employees.
