Make yourselves visible! Visibility is power.
Women play an active role in shaping the economy and society – but their contributions often remain in the background. Studies show this: Those who do not make themselves visible run the risk of being overlooked. And this is exactly where this event comes in.
Becoming visible – for yourself and for others
In the unique atmosphere of the Grand Stage – a former movie theater in the middle of Bielefeld’s old town – this event is dedicated to the future topic of visibility as a key competence for female empowerment.
Keynote: Courageously carrying your own message into the world
Annelena Balke opens the evening with an inspiring keynote: “Your message must get out into the world”. She shows how visibility is not an end in itself, but an expression of attitude, courage and self-leadership – and what it takes to take this step.
