In the unique atmosphere of the Grand Stage – a former movie theater in the middle of Bielefeld’s old town – this event is dedicated to the future topic of visibility as a key competence for female empowerment.

Keynote: Courageously carrying your own message into the world

Annelena Balke opens the evening with an inspiring keynote: “Your message must get out into the world”. She shows how visibility is not an end in itself, but an expression of attitude, courage and self-leadership – and what it takes to take this step.

Panel: Future competence visibility – how companies can shape real change

Afterwards, three HR experts will discuss how companies can actively support women in visibility and leadership roles:
