Conference DIVERSITY

After three pandemic digital conferences, this year DIVERSITY will be held for the first time as a hybrid conference to allow as many people as possible to attend.

DIVERSITY is the only conference in Germany that covers all dimensions of theDiversity Management takes into account: Age, ethnic origin and nationality, gender and gender identity, physical and mental abilities, religion and belief, sexual orientation, and social origin.

At DIVERSITY, decision-makers from business, society, politics and science share practical knowledge, the latest findings and methods for everyday organizational life. In keynote speeches, thought leaders will present new ideas on diversity in the world of work, and in interactive workshops, experts will provide the latest tools.

In November, the DIVERSITY Conference 2022 took place in digital form for the third time. Under the theme Freedom, Democracy, Self-Determination: Defending Values in Times of Crisis, 650 participants experienced two exciting days with 64 speakers in 37 sessions.
